Good morning/Good day/Good night~ I loved these three drinks, beautiful names, rich and diverse color and yum! I need my “me” time very much, maybe fill with a cup of drinks, a set of food, a piece of nice view or a walk with my Snoopy. Sometimes a chat with a good friend works too.

Who doesn’t love good food ?

Many food photos are in my album, probably half of total, I usually like to photo where I visited, the moment I loved, the people I am with, and my family. Then I found actually food is really catching my eyeballs, before I have my first bite!! So food photos are not only for my record, also keep the smell, the taste and the touching moment!
Must be God asking me to slow down…
Good morning/ Good day/ Good night ~
This summer and fall were my busiest travel period in my whole life, actually I am happy about it, because I made my resolution to visit a new city every year, then I have been visited 7 new cities from June to September! The photo was taken in York, the way to have our afternoon tea at Betty’s. This view was breathtaking, and quiet, and I was on my wheelchair pushing by my husband! I really appreciate him to help me moving all day in York, most roads, allies, streets were not easy to push a wheelchair, we went uphill, downhill, across roads made by rocks, or not even floor. I got my ankle hurt next day I arrived to Manchester, it was happened during the one-day tour, it happened so quickly after we took photos on the rocks hill, I heard something terrible from my ankle, then I falled and can’t get up.
Then I started thinking if my schedule is too full these days, I cancelled one trip after returning from Manchester, and go to taking X ray, to see physical therapy, to go Chiropractic visit until now, just over one month, I can walk slowly without crutches, and I am thinking my flight schedule again.
well….Ok, I will give more time to get my ankle back to normal, thanks God !
My new year’s resolution
Oh well, it’s not new year eve yet, but we are in the 4th quarter of 2024 now, I have more free time recently, because I can’t walk or move like usual, so it’s a great time to clean up or re-organize everything a bit early.
I like to think of my new year’s resolution every year, even I didn’t complete my list this year, still it’s an interesting, fun and important thing to me before or after every new year. I just found out I should start to record it, handwriting might lost it, leaving here is a great idea!
my 2024 resolution is (1)read 12 books (finished 5); (2)read Bible once (not yet); (3)visit a new city (visited 5); (4)lose 10 lbs (lost 5); (5)pass real estate test (not yet); (6) join one missionary (yes I did); (7) my google map review reach to 8M (7.5M now)
Three more months to 2025, I can concentrate more to reach more my goal 🙂 Do you have yours? What’s your status ?
My favorite trail view
This stunning view is only in April, the flowers blooming everywhere on the side of trail I usually walked with my dogs. I wanted to take good photos in different views, but dogs didn’t wait for me, always make ropes very tight, keeped walking with happy faces ! I thanked God that every dog happened in my life, their second-chance lives look pretty well with me.
My first rescued dog-Melanie
This wire fox terrier brought me a full of blessings for eight years, her name is Melanie, I made my first rescue decision after I saw her photo, Melanie was in a cage, a full body of brown dirt or mug or something else, can’t really see her fur color and eyes, super long nails grabbed the bottom of the cage, one dirty empty bowel was flipped on the side. No one can tell what she look like, but Melanie was a mother dog always have babies or going to have babies. I have no idea how many puppies Melanie had before, how this dog mommy survived in this cage, what kind of food or water provided every day? or once couple days? or not any qualified food and clean water ever! After confirmed my decision, Melanie was rescued to my friend’s vet for health check, having treatments and required shots, recovering a month, I met this cutie and brought her home.
